On the Multi-player screen go to:
Options. Then push "Dedicated Server" on left side.
On the right side you will need to switch "ENABLE SERVER BROWSER" from NO to YES and press ESCAPE.
Now You should see the "SERVER" button on Your multi-player screen!!!
